About me
I'm Pratibimb - Tech Founder, currently Founder at HumanAI, based in Singapore.
For 15+ years I built other people's ideas - leading tech and consulting engagements at EY, IBM, and Cognizant. Somewhere along the way I stopped wanting to build other people's businesses and started building my own. I've since bootstrapped two ventures across two countries, every client won by word of mouth, never ad spend.
We're building HumanAI: an agentic workforce that gives every small business an AI coworker they'd actually want to work with. Not a tool bolted onto a workflow, but a digital teammate that thinks, plans, and executes alongside you. We started with recruiting - AI Recruiter - because that's where this pain is sharpest, and we're expanding from there.
I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science and certification in Launching Tech Ventures from Harvard Business School. I've been writing code for over two decades and still do.
Tech, marketing, and sales all run through my desk most days.
Outside of building, you'll find me on a guitar, dancing bachata with more enthusiasm than the skill, or at the gym.

At Cognizant, deployed onsite at Intuit, I built the Boomi Event Handler platform routing real-time Workday data to 5+ downstream systems, then authored Intuit's disaster-recovery and deployment-recovery standards after their architecture review flagged the gap - earning a seat shaping Intuit's Boomi roadmap with their leadership. Also designed MintCoin, selected Top 20 at Intuit's Innovation Summit.
