I am an entrepreneur designing the future where AI works for people, not against them.
Over the last decade, I’ve worked with global consulting firms like EY, IBM, and Cognizant, helping Fortune 500 companies rethink the way they hire and manage talent. Those years gave me both a front-row seat to the problems in HR and the playbook to solve them.
As a serial founder, I’ve launched ventures across HR Tech, recruitment automation, and AI-driven productivity tools. My latest journey, HumanAI, is about building AI copilots that amplify human capability — starting with recruiters.
Beyond startups, I mentor founders through NUS Enterprise and other ecosystem programs, where I guide early-stage teams on scaling AI-driven businesses.
But my work is more than just technology — it’s about making AI approachable, useful, and deeply human. Whether it’s through building products, mentoring entrepreneurs, or even picking up a guitar and sharing a story, my goal is simple: to multiply what people can achieve.

Earlier in my journey, I founded an IoT company in India that set out to build consumer-focused smart solutions. While the venture didn’t succeed, it became one of the most formative experiences of my career. It taught me three truths that continue to guide everything I build today: entrepreneurship is who I am at the core, a great product alone is never enough without the right market strategy, and the fundamentals of business are learned not in theory but by doing. That chapter shaped me into the founder I am today — resilient, customer-obsessed, and committed to building ventures that scale.
